The staff were very friendly. The location is good with easy access to the train station and bus stops. It was simple to travel around the central business district from there by walking. I also used the free CAT buses.

The room was too small. There was no complimentary water. After putting my luggage inside, there was limited space. I had to put my luggage on the small table with the kettle.

the location is great near shopping and restaurants i found the railway station close by too i had no problems getting around. the room was very clean it had everything for a comfortable stay

the heating control did not work well it always went back to 24 degrees i found the room very cold i had to request blankets. the entrance to the bathroom had a raised platform i almost tripped on it going there

the location is superb. i found it easy to explore from here. the room had everything needed for a comfortable stay. the bed was amazingly comfortable and i rested well.

i noticed squealing sounds from the pipes. the noise bothered me at night. i suggest soundproofing for better sleep quality.
